Studio27 owner, Cheryl Harris, is a multi-talented performer who has garnered admiration from audiences throughout the East Coast, Midwest and Southwest starting at the age of nine. Cheryl is also a gifted teacher, instructing both children and adults in singing, acting, performance, creative movement and improvisation.
Cheryl has appeared on the Lifetime Television series "Drop Dead Diva," as well as in major motion pictures including "Madea Goes to Jail," "Pastor Brown," and "The Way Home." Following her passion through throughout the entertainment industry, Cheryl has also performed with well known recording artists, modeled for Macy's, appeared in numerous television commercials, and dabbled in local theatre. She was a co-host on "The Hometown Show" on 92.5: The Bear, as well as a judge for state and local beauty pageants.
Working with agents, producers, choreographers all around the country and internationally, Cheryl has helped develop, manage, cast, and place talent into the entertainment industry.
Cheryl is also an international vocal coach with talent that spans the globe. Her approach to vocal training is her unique development approach that includes: proper breathing techniques and knowing your airflow as well as how to manipulate your air, muscle technique that not only enhances your sound but expands your range and also larynx manipulation. Each client has a unique sound and uses a slightly different approach to maximize their vocal quality as an artist and performer. Cheryl individualizes her training technique to suit her clients needs and goals.
Cheryl has successfully run Studio27, a talent development studio that has has catapulted her client's carreers in Music, TV/Film as well as the Fashion industry and has won "Best Talent Development School" for 3 years in a row which has has Studio27 listed in the "Business Hall Of Fame" in her market.

Cheryl has personally assisted in the vocal careers of clients such as Jalen Harris (Lion King Broadway Tour) and Beth Spangler (The Voice) who have release their EP's which you can find on all media outlets like Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, etc. Some of her clients have also been on American Idol and are Grammy and Dove award winning artists.
Kate has been working in the industry for 15 years. She has trained in NY and LA to become a quadruple threat having worked in the areas of Acting, Singing, Commercial Modeling and Dance. She has had the good fortune of working with Nick Cannon, Jimmy Kimmel and Lil Romeo in various Film/Television projects. She has performed vocally with artists Sting and Natalie Cole. Kate has a strong Dance background as well having danced at the company level for four years with the Georgia Christian Dance Theatre. She has also performed locally on stage at Dads Garage Theater in Atlanta. Kate, who is SAG-eligible, is currently appearing in a series of advertisements for Spotify, television shows such as Your Worst Nightmare, Killer Couples, and also on Mercy Street, a PBS miniseries produces by Ridley Scott. Coaching actors in this industry and helping them to realize their potential is her absolute passion.
Paden Fallis is an actor-writer-producer. His first feature screenplay, As Far As The Eye Can See, played at the Montreal World Film Festival, Lone Star Film Festival (awarded as Best Texas Film), Durango Film Festival, Hill Country Film Festival and the Cinemonde Screening Series in New York City.
Paden followed that up with his short film, Jerry Don, which enjoyed its World Premiere at the Hill Country Film Festival. His next project is the feature Harvest Wedding from Pigasus Pictures with director David Anspaugh (Hoosiers, Rudy) attached.
As an actor, Paden is a member of SAG/AFTRA and AEA. He is repped by Patrick Ryan at Aligned Stars Agency in Atlanta. His stage work has been seen in NYC, Los Angeles and in the regions. He also toured with his award-winning one-man show, ThePlay About The Coach from 2007-2013.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Sekou Laidlow is an exceptional actor who loves his craft. Trained at the famed Julliard School in New York City, Mr. Laidlow made his Broadway debut in the New Orleans centered play, Airline Highway, directed by two-time Tony Award Winner, Joe Montello. A graduate of the Julliard’s Drama Division, Mr. Laidlow has collaborated with fellow Juilliard alumnus and Director, Michael Urie, in the ensemble comedic web-series, What’s Your Emergency, written by Ryan Spahn and Halley Feiffer. He also played Homer in the Pulitzer and Kennedy prize winning productions of Suzan Lori Parks' Father Comes Home from the Wars, which is a co-production between the New York Public Theater and the American Reparatory Theatre at Harvard University. In October 2015, he performed as a guest artist in Julliard’s production of Seven Guitars as the character, Hedley.
Mr. Laidlow is playing the recurring role of Walter Camp in the highly anticipated series, The Breaks, now airing on BET. He is also appeared in the romantic comedy, Better Off Single, starring Aaron Tveit and Kal Pen, released in theaters nationwide in October 2016. Mr. Laidlow recently guest starred as Josiah Banner in the acclaimed CBS dramatic series, The Good Wife. He was also a supporting lead in The Mend, playing the role of Pierce, opposite Josh Lucas and Austin Pendleton.

Growing up with a passion to entertain, Julia was exposed to the entertainment industry early on. Not only did she spend some time in front of the camera but she found even more of a passion behind the camera. Julia's interest began to spread out into writing, fashion and make-up after traveling to Europe with our team of talent.
Julia has been developing her craft as an actor as well as developing young actors and models, working on video and photoshoots as a make-up artist and clothing stylist. Julia assists our staff in preparing our clients for a national platform or just getting them started on the path to success.
Shon is a recent graduate of Ohio University’s Professional Actor Training Program where he earned his MFA in Acting. He has worked as an actor on stage and television, credits include: Complications (USA Network), Six Degrees of Separation (Paul) Cape Rep Theatre, A Raisin in The Sun (Walter Lee) Summer Rep Theatre, Marcus; or The Secret of Sweet (Shua) Actors Express, and Slide Glide The Slippery Slope (Sear) Synchronicity Theatre. Along with acting, Shon has also worked behind the scenes as casting associate for Tyler Perry’s Single Mom’s Club, Love Thy Neighbor, For Better or Worse Sn. 3, If Loving You Is Wrong, The Haves and The Have Nots Sn. 2, For Better or Worse Sn. 4, Love Thy Neighbor Sn. 2, The Haves and The Have Nots Sn. 3, Too Close to Home and Sean De Simone casting in New York on various projects for FUSE TV. He has also worked at top talent agencies Gersh and Stewart Talent. He is thrilled to be working at Studio27 and with all the artists attending.
Derek Evans started his career by garnering a BFA in Acting from NKU in 2013, where he also studied screenwriting and directing. After graduating he toured with The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati as an Actor for a year before moving to Atlanta and signing with Houghton Talent. With several theatre, film, and Television credits under his belt, he decided to produce his first feature length film and by the end of 2016 will have completed, "The King of Bloody Fookin' Britain," written and directed by himself. In the film he worked with over 80 actors from LA to NY, on a 60 day shoot. He plans on touring the festival circuit with it, once completed.
With a background as a talented and successful DJ, Steve segued into the voice over world in 1996 after long runs with two of Atlanta’s hottest radio stations, Z93 and 96 ROCK. After voicing two national campaigns for Dixie Crystals Sugar and promos for both TBS and TNT while still on the radio, Steve was approached by a top voice over talent within the industry. He advised Steve that voice work was his true calling and he should leverage his talents there rather than the radio world. It was some of the best advice he ever received!
Steve has since performed countless national commercials, promos, and narrations for Fortune 500 clients such as Ford Motor, Delta Airlines, Macy's, SunTrust, and UPS, as well as entertainment giants CNN, DIY network, and HGTV. Each week, he collaborates with producers and directors nationwide to develop premier presentations that meet the high expectations of his broad client base.
Ethan, a classically trained actor, holds his B.A. in Acting from Rider University's Westminster College of the Arts. A big believer in constant growth and development, he continued his studies post-graduation at Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC for improv comedy and The Penny Templeton Studio in NYC for Advanced TV/Film On-Camera Technique; he still trains today (never stop training). Amongst his collegiate, regional and cinematic credits, he has also worked alongside the graduate students within Columbia University's MFA Film Program on various projects. Ethan is a working actor within all mediums of the industry and a proud member of SAG-AFTRA.

Isaiah Carnell Johnson was born April 7th, he is a native of Miami, Florida, where he was born and raised. He is a graduate of Arlington and Windsor Academy. He was the Valedictorian of his class. Isaiah began Acting in Miami starting out at workshops them moving along to Miami Acting Studio. In Miami he was signed to Gilla Roos Agency and Boca Talent two prominent agencies in South Florida. After signing Isaiah went to auditions where he later booked National Commercials such as Gatorade, KFC, Pizza Hut and also a recurring Role on Nickelodeon. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2015, to advance his acting career. He is represented by one of the premier agencies Atlanta Models and Talent. Isaiah recently was cast in a Feature Film as the Lead. Isaiah loves to share his insight and knowledge about the industry with others.
As soon as Anna Giles graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2009 with her degree in Theatre/Writing ( Magna cum laude), she set off for the West Coast! She has been working professionally in theatre and film ever since. Her resume includes spec commercials for Korean energy drinks, feature films with Courtney Stodden, and writing scripts for the likes of Delta here in Atlanta.
Anna got her start in film acting opposite Games of Thrones' Aidan Gillen in the independent feature film Scrapper . Since then, she has started her own film production company with her husband, writer/director/producer Mike Jones, called Tiny Park Productions, and become Head of Production for Grinning Man Films East in Atlanta, as well as co-produced the indie horror film 7 Witches and the dramatic thriller The Great Outdoors. She is a writer, producer, teacher, and actress who has taken part in over 20 theatrical, film, and commercial productions, and has cast actors on both coasts. Anna is on two improv teams that regularly perform at Village Theatre and Dad's Garage in Atlanta, and trained at Groundlings in Los Angeles and Jet City Improv in Seattle. She is happy to be back in Atlanta, working with the awesome, growing talent in the South.
DeShon Green is an Atlanta native, who from a very young age developed a love for entertainment. She is a graduate from Kennesaw State University (Cum Laude), where she studied both Theatre and Film. It was there that she fostered an understanding for different styles of acting and techniques (Meisner, Stanislavski, Clowning, Stage Combat, etc.). DeShon believes that acting is an art that can be used to shape a better society by allowing its spectators to experience the stories of other human beings, who may or may not look like them. DeShon is a working actress who says she is “always learning from her experiences, her peers, and her characters.” She has experience performing professionally on stage and behind the camera, and desires to share the knowledge afforded to her with others.
A 3-time Grammy Award winning recording engineer and producer, Mack Woodward was born on June 21, 1982. He grew up in Cocoa Beach, FL and after high school he attended Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. After graduating, he made the move to Atlanta, GA where he worked his way up in multiple studios before landing a gig with pop/r&b heavyweights Elvis "Blac Elvis" Williams and songwriter Harold Lilly in 2008. The development of this professional relationship would steer Mack to the world of mainstream music, and in the following years he would be a part of hits such as Beyonce's "Ego," and Usher's "Lil Freak," both of which earned Mack a Grammy Award. In addition to these songs, Mack has worked on his for Fergie ("Glamorous"), Ciara ("Promise"), Maroon 5 ("Wake Up Call"), Michael Jackson ("Hold My Heart") as well as mixing songs for Ruben Studdard and Eve, among others, and co-wrote on Mario's "Hardest Moment." In 2014, Mack, along with Co-Founders Tiffany Ivey and Chasity Nwagbara, started Rare Bird Music, a production company that will offer artists a one-stop shop for music, photography, video, and artist development services. Reaching from his musically diverse upbringing, spanning from Big Band and folk music, to pop, r&b, and electro, Mack brings a unique perspective to his productions that allow the artist a true "out of the box" experience.
Wyatt started playing guitar and bass in bands before high school (age 14) and developed a love for making records, and writing songs while recording those bands’ albums. He went to Full Sail University and graduated in 2004 with honors and an Associate of Science Degree in Recording Arts, moved back to Atlanta, and started working as a Senior Producer/ Engineer, alongside Mack Woodward, working with producers such as Andre Benjamin, Ed Roland of Collective Soul, Brian Michael Cox, Jazze Pha, David Tickle, Shawn Garrett and many more, learning the craft of making records from start to finish, top to bottom.
He started teaching production and mixing classes at SAE Institute in Atlanta, GA to help give back the knowledge of making records to students who haven’t had the opportunity to get into a large studio with A-List artists yet.
He formed MadRex Productions with Tanner Hendon (after working on several projects together over the past few years) and is currently producing, mixing and engineering artists and running/maintaining Madison Studios in Chamblee, GA, where they have worked in some capacity on such projects as The Best Brothers with John Hopkins from the Zac Brown Band, members of Yacht Rock, Collective Soul, etc.
